My favorite workout... is a good track workout! If you can get your body to the track, you’ll be rewarded later.

My favorite pre-race meal and favorite off-season meal... my favorite pre-race meal is a bagel with dark chocolate peanut butter and bananas. My favorite off-season meal is blackened tuna nachos from Rudee’s.

The one thing only my running buddies know about me... is that I fall all the time – for some reason I just can’t seem to stay upright when running!

The one thing I want everyone to know about J&A Racing... this is a company that truly cares about the runners and thinks about what runners want.

My favorite J&A event... is the Blue Moon Wicked 10k. I love Shamrock, but the Wicked is just so much fun!

One thing I like about my job... is being able to work with people who don’t think running is “crazy”. Coming from other industries, I used to get called insane a lot for running marathons or competing in triathlons.

My favorite quote...To me, there are three things we all should do every day. We should do this every day of our lives.  Number one is laugh.  You should laugh every day.  Number two is think.  You should spend some time in thought. And number three is, you should have your emotions moved to tears, could be happiness or joy.  But think about it.  If you laugh, you think, and you cry, that's a full day.  That's a heck of a day.  You do that seven days a week, you're going to have something special.”  Jimmy V

If I could go anywhere for an entire month... I would go to Tahiti.

The farthest from home I’ve ever been... is Costa Rica.

If I was re-born as an animal, I would want to be... I would have to say a cheetah so I can finally run fast!
