My favorite workout... is any run which I can do on the trails at First Landing State Park.

My favorite J&A event... is any for which I can dress up. Oh wait, that’s all of them!

If I could go anywhere for an entire month... it would be an excursion through South America and Antarctica – the only two continents I have not yet visited.

My most memorable travel experience... was to the island of Bali in Indonesia with my beautiful wife.

The one question I will always answer with a lie... is “What question will you always answer with a lie?”

The funniest thing that’s ever happened to me... was when I fell off a cow I was trying to ride in a college rodeo. There might have been alcohol involved.

My most rebellious moment... was when I ran away from home when I was 7. My mom helped me pack.

I am energized... by seeing people accomplish goals they never believed they could.
